The Annies are run by the International Animated Film Society, and are the major industry awards for animation. Their nominees this year are led by the Disney hit Frozen with 10 nods, which could possibly be a juggernaut in the animated film category, although Miyazaki's The Wind Rises is looking to emerge as the critical favorite.
