  • BEST DOCUMENTARY SHORT: The Lady in Number 6: Music Saved My Life
  • BEST DOCUMENTARY: 20 Feet From Stardom
  • BEST FOREIGN-LANGUAGE FILM: The Great Beauty
  • BEST SOUND MIXING: Gravity
  • BEST SOUND EDITING: Gravity
  • BEST SUPPORTING ACTRESS: Lupita Nyong'o, 12 Years a Slave

  • BEST PICTURE: 12 Years a Slave

12 Years a Slave took 3 Oscars- Picture, Screenplay, and Supporting Actress, while Gravity took home 7, becoming the first movie since Cabaret to win that many awards and not Best Picture.
