The official full trailer for Season 2 of The Morning Show is giving me Newsroom vibes, I have to say, especially with that aside about covering coronavirus. I wonder if the show loses some of its relevance now that it’s probably moving on from the MeToo movement storyline, which drove the entirety of the first season (the weakest episode was the one that didn’t have anything to do with that plot). The show showed signs of unevenness anyway, though the actors (except for Reese Witherspoon) were good.
