As far as I’m concerned, the only semi-interesting thing that has happened in either of the first two movies of this bizarre reboot trilogy was that weird romance they teased between Daisy Ridley and Adam Driver in the last one. But since J.J. Abrams is back to right the ship that Rian Johnson wrecked with The Last Jedi, I’m guessing that’s thrown out the window. Even so, Kylo Ren probably gets redeemed somehow, given that he’s part Skywalker, and that’s what they do (after killing his own dad, I don’t really see how that’s possible, but I’m sure it will happen). I don't care about any of these characters though.
