Despite missing the Oscar shortlist last week, Bill & Ted impressed the Makeup & Hair guild today, as did Borat, another omission from the shortlist. With those snubs in mind, the likely Oscar nominees are looking like Ma Rainey, Mank, Birds of Prey, Hillbilly Elegy and maybe Pinocchio?
