Disney’s being mum on whether this movie is coming to theaters or just Disney + in May, but it’ll be released one way or the other. I don’t really know why it exists- I hate unnecessary villain origin stories. It doesn’t look as bad as Maleficent, but Emma Stone seems miscast, with a pretty bad British accent to boot. And are those dogs CG? Why??? After using dogs in movies for more than a hundred years (they can sometimes be pretty good actors!), are we now at the point where we can’t even be bothered to use live animals? UGH.
