Chloe Zhao wins the DGA
It was entirely expected, but the DGA made it official tonight. Chloe Zhao won the top prize at the Directors Guild Awards for Nomadland and is a virtual lock to win the Oscar for Best Director in a couple weeks (which will be historic as well, as she will be only the second woman and the first woman of color to win Best Director).
