BFCA Goes for 'Power of the Dog'

It’s still weird to me that this movie wouldn’t win an acting award if it’s going all the way

Oh, BFCA you rubber stamping, afraid to pick your own winners, should be ashamed to pretend to call yourselves “critics” awards. I’ve said it before, but to me, this group is less credible than the HFPA. They of course now suddenly picked Troy Kotsur and Jessica Chastain in the acting awards, and deviated nowhere from what’s “expected” to win the Oscar, except perhaps in animated. If only BAFTA had happened earlier enough for them to switch their screenplay picks as well.
