Wonder Woman and Steve Trevor Return in 'Wonder Woman 1984'

Hey, this looks pretty good! I very rarely think the trailers for these kinds of movies are that good, but I’m into this one. 1) No sword and shield for Wonder Woman is a huge improvement and the brighter costume looks much better, 2) I don’t know how they bring back Steve Trevor, but the romance between Gal Gadot and Chris Pine was one of the best parts of the first movie, and 3) the Golden Eagle armor looks really, really cool. They’re obviously hiding Kristen Wiig’s Cheetah (rumor is she may not be an actual cheetah monster like she’s supposed to, which will be bound to disappoint people).

New 'Mulan' Trailer Shows a Very Different Movie From the Cartoon

Since it appears that Disney’s new Mulan is differing quite a lot from the 1998 version, it would seem like this is the one with the most potential to actually be a decent movie. Then again, all the remakes are pretty crappy, so keep expectations low (it’s also not helped by the nasty little rumors that this one needed reshoots because Disney was not satisfied with the performance of Liu Yifei as the title character- yikes).

Daniel Craig Suits Up as Bond for the Last Time in 'No Time to Die'

The first trailer for Craig’s last Bond film is here, and the one word that comes to mind after watching this is “overstuffed.” There’s a lot happening in this trailer, with the return of Lea Seydoux and Christoph Waltz from Spectre (was that really necessary for either of them?), the appearance of Lashana Lynch as the new 007, a bit of Ana de Armas as a new Bond girl, and Rami Malek as the villain. I guess it all must be part of Craig’s final outing as the character, but I hope it doesn’t feel like a muddled mess. Typically, the last entries in Bond actor’s final films are not good.

ScarJo Meets Her Family in New 'Black Widow' Prequel

This looks lame, and it’s just weird that this is coming out now, after Black Widow is dead. Apparently this is supposed to take place after the events of Civil War (if anyone can keep track of when that was- hell if I know), and I figure this is about passing the Black Widow mantle to Florence Pugh? Still though, resurrecting dead characters after Endgame, even in a prequel, feels superfluous. Who cares? Also, I know none of these actors speak Russian, but if this is a family reunion, they should really be speaking Russian to each other, not English in Russian accents.
